Cost

The price of custom orders may vary from €1000 to €5000, depending on the design, level of detail, and materials used. Orders for complex wedding dresses and prom dresses start at €1200, including more extensive personalized service and the use of high-quality materials. If this amount is too high for you, we invite you to consider a standard order for your wedding dress, keeping in mind that it won't include access to complex designs and offered services, and the reservation cannot be made as far in advance as the wedding package.

Production

Reservations open every 6 months, and the production time ranges from 4 to 6 months. To simplify the process, we offer specific reservation slots, allowing you to choose the period in which you want your order to be completed, without worrying about production timelines.

Wedding Package: You have access to consultation when our orders are closed, so you can inquire about a wedding dress and reserve a date up to 2 years in advance.

We commit to honoring the chosen reservation date. Approximately 2 months before the reserved date, we will ask you to be available for a consultation regarding fabrics and measurements (this can be done via video conference or text messages). If we don't hear from you within 60 days after the reserved date, we cannot guarantee the shipment of your order within the specified timeframe.

Each garment we create is unique, ensuring that each customer receives a one-of-a-kind item. Therefore, if you request a replica of one of our existing designs, please note that certain elements may differ from the original. We are unable to precisely reproduce or guarantee an exact replica of a design that does not belong to us (from movies, TV series, or another artist's drawing) as we focus exclusively on our own original creations. We encourage you to contact another company for such orders.

Returns

We do NOT accept ANY returns or offer refunds. Due to the highly personalized and unique nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want to assure you of the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item you received, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If adjustments need to be made, the return shipping costs will be covered by us. Issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order and accompanied by photo or video evidence.

Delivery

All items are shipped via UPS for international orders, with a delivery time of 5 to 7 days, at a cost of €70. You also have the option to request express delivery (24 to 48 hours) for an additional fee.

Domestic deliveries (France and Belgium) are handled by Colissimo or Mondial Relay. We accept other delivery methods upon request.

Please note that you are responsible for any taxes or customs fees that may be imposed during the delivery of your package. Euriell Vairë Creations is not responsible for delays, losses, thefts, or damages occurring during shipping.

For orders placed from countries outside the European Union, the price displayed on your invoice will be exclusive of VAT. It is your responsibility to check with your customs authorities regarding any potential customs duties, VAT, or other applicable taxes for receiving your package. We recommend taking these potential charges into account when placing your order.

Payments

Once you have submitted your form, we will inform you of the availability of your order at that time, and then we will initiate the consultation process. We will discuss your project with you and provide a quote. When you are ready to place an order, we will send you a contract to sign, ensuring that you will receive your dress on time, and we will receive your payments as agreed. An advance payment of €100 will also be required before the start of the design process, to cover consultation and drawing costs, and secure your reservation.

We accept all payments by credit card and PayPal.

For all orders, it is possible to set up a payment plan upon request. In this case, you can choose monthly payments or split your payment into 3 installments. The full payment must be made before the reserved date. Please note that we do not ship orders until all order and shipping fees have been fully settled.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order without cancellation fees up to 90 days before the reserved date. If canceled between 90 and 60 days before the reserved date, fees will apply, up to one third of the full amount. In any case, we will retain the €150 deposit to cover drawing and consultation expenses. As a small business, we cannot accept cancellations after the 60-day limit, as we will be unable to replace your reservation.

Cancellations outside of this period will only be allowed for compelling reasons, for which you will need to provide valid proof.
